The freshest tomatoes, which are hygienically dried in protected locations and processed according to ancient traditional methods, are seasoned generously with extra virgin olive oil and flavored with strictly local spices.

USE:  
Good to be enjoyed as such or into small pieces to dress salads, pizzas and toasts. Delicious if shredded and added to the traditional "spaghetti aglio , olio e peperoncino". The excess oil is aromatic and of high quality.
