The challenge of sustainability of economic activities is not only a radical rethinking of the policies, methods of land use, the attitudes of the farmer, the producer and the consumer, but also a responsible and aware commitment. For the D'Aries srl sustainable development is not a denial to progress but an opportunity for economic growth that respects environmental limits.  


We take into account the long-term aspects of sustainability, such as conservation, quality and respect for biodiversity. These elements can be found in the careful selection of our raw materials and semi-finished products, and in the informations about the security of all our products. Our company, in the aim of a constant research for new production techniques, works in respect of the nature and towards the rediscovery and the promotion of ancient flavors that make  the local specialties appreciated in the world. The guarantee of quality, combined with the techniques of preservation, is certified ISO 22000, by Organic Farming. EU 2092/91 and by the control system and certification UNI EN ISO 22000, from the selection of products for the primary processing up to the transformation into finished products and distribution to their customers.
