The artichoke pate or cream is a modern version of the traditional preserves.
Its uses are several because it is a versatile product and stimulates the fantasy in the kitchen. It is a product of high Gastronomy. Obtained by processing in cutter, by whole artichokes, previously treated by boiling of the inflorescences. The preparation culminating with the addition of white wine vinegar, garlic and salt in order to exalt the organoleptic characteristics. It comes packaged with the addition of extra virgin olive oil.
